Mark and Nic had booked a campsite in Tenby for Saturday night so on Saturday morning we packed the cars, jammed in and headed West.
Tenby is a small coastal town known for its beaches, the 15th century walls that surround the town, and the Caldey Island monastery just a short way off the coast.
So looking a little more shabby than we may have liked, we went back into town where I had the best meal I've ever had that wasn't cooked by Mum. If I ever end up on death row, let this stand as a record; I want my final meal to be the kleftiko from Mykonos Restaurant in Tenby. Amazing.
